Terms of Services

I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

Payment• The only form of payment I accept at this time is PayPal
• Accept USD currency only
• The full payment is required before I start the commission.• When sending payment please provide your username or character name. Do not provide any personal information in the payment note!

Refunds• 100% Refunds will be given for any reason before a commission is started
• Partial refunds may be given after a commission has started depending on how much work has been completed
• Refunds will NOT be given once a commission has been completed!
• If you're unhappy with the piece, please contact me so we can discuss minor editsPlease contact me if you need a refund. Do not go through PayPal

Usage "Do"'s and "Don't"'s

DO NOT• Claim that you drew the art
• Take/Repost art that was not commissioned by you
• Remove my signature
• Sell my artwork for profit in any way, shape, or form without permission.
• Color/recolor or modify the artwork in any other way

DO• Use the image you commissioned as a reference for other commissions
• Use the image for personal use such as cropping to use as an icon, using it as a background/screen saver, or printing it out
• Post to your personal galleries/accounts provided the proper credit is given via my username and a link to this website

Commission ProcessAll of my commissions have a 3 week turnaround time, to account for life events!


Step 1
If you're interested in commissioning me, email me at [email protected] to let me know what you would like to have commissioned.• Please provide either a reference sheet, or 2 picture of the character. I will not take a description.
• References need to be unshaded, or have a color palette to pick fromStep 2
Once I approve what's being commissioned, I'll send an invoice via PayPal for the full payment• I'll start on the initial sketch and send it out for approval
• This is when any major changes should be made, as I will not charge a fee during this stageStep 3
I'll send both the line art and flat colors for approval• There is no additional charges for minor edits to the line art
• If major changes to the line art need to be made, please let me know and we can discuss additional costs (no more than $5)Step 4
Once I've started the shading (if applicable), the piece can no longer be edited.• Please make sure you are satisfied with the piece once I've sent the flat coloring!Step 5
Once completed, I will then send you a link to a private google drive that contains both a PNG and PDF version• If you do not want me to share the commission, or do not want to be named in the description, please let me know as soon as possible!
